HEVGA Publishes 2019 Survey of Gaming Program Graduates

The Higher Education Video Game Alliance (HEVGA) has published its 2019 Survey of Program Graduates. The aim of the survey was to understand how university video game programs affect future participation in the game industry.

400 students were surveyed on topics such as job satisfaction, salary, diversity and inclusion. The findings show that the game industry is growing and game programs in higher education have a bright future. It also shows that the industry has room for growth in terms of including women, the LGBTQ community, and people of color.
